Plumber needed urgently: Lipi's home isn't safe
Lipi has a burst pipe behind the wall, and can't afford a licensed plumber to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In July an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,350 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $80.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

shared this with my family. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Shared it with a few friends. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best.
