Please help me find a wedding ring lost in Hồ Chí Minh City

I'm Trang. I lost my late grandmother's wedding ring on Tuesday, somewhere between the station and the bus stop. It's a thin gold band with a tiny engraving inside. It isn't valuable to anyone else, but it's one of the last things I've of grandmother. I've retraced my steps twice and asked at the shops and the bus company.
