Pass on a laptop: it could change Umar's year
Umar is studying law on a phone; a used laptop would let Umar do assignments properly.

I'm Umar, a law student in Jakarta Selatan. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Jakarta Selatan.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.

Rooting for you, Umar. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Sending good thoughts, Umar. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
Sending love, Umar. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. It's not much but it's yours.
