Pass on a laptop: it could change Theodore's year
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Theodore and a full online workload.

I'm Theodore, a teaching student in Knoxville. My laptop broke 2 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Knoxville.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you and your family, Theodore. Hope you get there. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Móstoles
Hope you get there. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Knoxville.
sending good thoughts. Shared this with my family. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care
