Pass on a laptop: it could change Savannah's year

A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Savannah and a full online workload.

I'm Savannah, a social work student in Bristol. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind. I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Bristol. I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Bristol.

      • Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. I'll check back for the next update. God bless.

        • You're not alone, Savannah. Shared this with my family. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Contagem.

          • Keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
