Pass on a laptop: it could change Rocío's year
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Rocío and a full online workload.

I'm Rocío, a nursing student in Barranquilla. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Barranquilla.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you so much.

Thinking of you, Rocío. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. All the best.
Thinking of you. Shared it with a few friends. After 19 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Love from Gwagwalada
