Pass on a laptop: it could change Mwende's year
Mwende is studying graphic design on a phone; a used laptop would let Mwende do assignments properly.

I'm Mwende, a graphic design student in Kasarani. My laptop broke 2 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Kasarani.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thanks for being kind about this.

good luck, Mwende. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless.
So sorry you're going through this. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Wish I lived closer to Paris so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Varanasi.
Sending strength, Mwende. I hope things turn around soon. All the best.
