Pass on a laptop: it could change Melanie's year
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Melanie needs one for online coursework.

I'm Melanie, a business administration student in San Jose. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in San Jose.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you so much.

Sending good thoughts, Melanie. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes!
Good luck. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. All the best.
This could happen to any of us. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Makassar
