Pass on a laptop: it could change Karin's year
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Karin needs one for online coursework.

I'm Karin, a law student in Johannesburg. My laptop broke 8 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Johannesburg.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 12 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Thinking of you. This could happen to any of us. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
