Pass on a laptop: it could change Hélène's year
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Hélène needs one for online coursework.

I'm Hélène, a business administration student in Paris. My laptop broke 7 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Paris.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thanks for being kind about this.

take care. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Kingston
Thinking of you and your family, Hélène. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
wishing you peace. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
