Pass on a laptop: it could change Giovanna's year
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Giovanna and a full online workload.

I'm Giovanna, an accounting student in Catania. My laptop broke 8 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Catania.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

So sorry you're going through this, Giovanna. Hope you get there.
Keep going. Hope you get there. God bless!
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Karachi this morning.
Sending love, Giovanna. Hope you get there. After 8 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything
keep going. Your post was clear and honest. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Good luck, Giovanna. Looking forward to the next update. Don't give up
