Pass on a laptop: it could change Burcu's year
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Burcu and a full online workload.

I'm Burcu, a social work student in İzmir. My laptop broke 8 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in İzmir.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending love, Burcu. This could happen to any of us. All the best.
Rooting for you, Burcu. Shared this with my family. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
