Pass on a laptop: it could change Allan's year
Allan is studying law on a phone; a used laptop would let Allan do assignments properly.

I'm Allan, a law student in Quezon City. My laptop broke 6 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Quezon City.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope it all works out, Allan. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Put this on a community board in Mbale this morning. Love from Mbale
praying for you, Allan. Hope you get there.
Sending strength. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out.
