Pairoj is opening a dog-grooming salon and needs a mentor who has done it
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Khon Kaen next April. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

Sending strength. Small businesses are the heart of Khon Kaen. Hope you're open again soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.
