Óscar needs a safe place to stay for 4 months
After a flood that wrecked my apartment, Óscar needs a safe, quiet room in Ciudad de México for 4 months while getting back on their feet.

After a flood that wrecked my apartment, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a call-centre agent in Ciudad de México and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing.
I'm looking for a spare room for 4 months. I can pay $55 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have two work references.
I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details.
I hope life is good to you.

Keep going. Your post was clear and honest. Wish I lived closer to Cebu City so I could bring a meal
Rooting for you, Óscar. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Vadodara donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
Good luck. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Ciudad de México
Thinking of you, Óscar. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
