Óscar is isolated after a long COVID relapse: a call a week would help
No advice needed - just a kind ear and some conversation for 30 minutes a week.

After a long COVID relapse, I have been mostly housebound for 10 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation.
I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like film, travel stories and poetry, and can listen to anything.
This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable.
Thanks for even thinking about it.
I hope life is good to you.

thanks for sharing this, Óscar. Shared this with my family. All the best.
You're not alone, Óscar. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Rooting for you. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in São Paulo donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
