One semester away: help Uchenna graduate from Lagos University
Uchenna has worked and saved for five years to study a law degree; a $450 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a law degree at Lagos University, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $450.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.9 average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Lagos University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $450 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $160
• Final term tuition: $210
• Exam and lab fees: $25
• Textbooks and materials: $55
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
