Todd is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at Los Angeles State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,550.
The registrar has said Todd can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Todd has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Todd would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Todd isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,100
• Textbooks and materials: $180
