One semester away: help Thomas graduate from the Anaheim Institute of Technology
A first-generation student, Thomas needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a diploma in hospitality management.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a diploma in hospitality management at the Anaheim Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a library assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $6,250.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.9 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Anaheim Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $6,250 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $240
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,650
• Final term tuition: $3,360
