I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a nursing degree at Turin University, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $2,400. The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility. I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Turin University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $2,400 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $210 • Outstanding tuition balance: $1,300 • Final term tuition: $890 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Take care, Sergio. I hope things turn around soon. After 23 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
