Regina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at the Lansing Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,800.
The registrar has said Regina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Regina has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Regina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Regina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Exam and lab fees: $240
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,210
