Noah is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Oakland State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,050. The registrar has said Noah can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Noah has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
