One semester away: help Kiara graduate from Nashik University
Kiara has worked and saved for five years to study a nursing degree; a $950 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Kiara is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Nashik University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950.
The registrar has said Kiara can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kiara has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kiara would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Kiara isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Nashik University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $950 goes:
• Final term tuition: $420
• Outstanding tuition balance: $470
• Exam and lab fees: $60
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thank you all. We're at 16% now ($153). I'm honestly stunned. I met with the university and confirmed the amounts.

Hope things get better soon. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Amsterdam.
Praying for you, Manisha. This could happen to any of us. God bless.
hang in there. Your post was clear and honest. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
Sending strength, Manisha. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
