Montpellier
Jean is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Montpellier State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,650. The registrar has said Jean can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Jean has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Jean would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Jean isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Montpellier State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $3,650 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $1,900 • Final term tuition: $1,450 • Exam and lab fees: $125 • Textbooks and materials: $175 Every share and every dollar helps.
