Gabriel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Iztapalapa Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,100.
The registrar has said Gabriel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Gabriel has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Gabriel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Gabriel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $380
• Final term tuition: $670
• Exam and lab fees: $50
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you peace, Valentina. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Thinking of you and your family, Valentina. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.
Keep going, Valentina. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. God bless.
