The registrar has said Esteban can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Esteban has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Esteban would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Esteban isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
