A first-generation student, Divya needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a degree in social work.

Divya is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Rohini State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $250.
The registrar has said Divya can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Divya has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Divya would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Divya isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Rohini State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $250 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $55
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Final term tuition: $175
Thanks for being kind about this.
