One semester away: help Benjamin graduate from Townsville State College

Benjamin is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Townsville State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,500. The registrar has said Benjamin can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Benjamin has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Benjamin would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Benjamin isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Townsville State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $5,500 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $3,000 • Final term tuition: $2,000 • Exam and lab fees: $300 • Textbooks and materials: $200 Thanks for being kind about this. - Joyce
