One semester away: help Asma graduate from Giza State College

Asma is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Giza State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $200. The registrar has said Asma can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Asma has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Asma would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Asma isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Giza State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
