One semester away: help Angelo graduate from the Manila Institute of Technology

Angelo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at the Manila Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $900. The registrar has said Angelo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Angelo has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Angelo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Angelo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Manila Institute of Technology bursar's office.
