One semester away: help Amparo graduate from Barcelona State College
Amparo is one term away from finishing an electrical engineering diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $1,350.

Amparo is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Barcelona State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,350.
The registrar has said Amparo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Amparo has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Amparo would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Amparo isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Barcelona State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $135
• Final term tuition: $1,150
• Exam and lab fees: $65
