I'm launching a language school in Bogor next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone

Stay strong. Small businesses are the heart of Bogor. Hope you're open again soon.
Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care

you're not alone. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings.
Sending good thoughts. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We're a small family in Epe but we're thinking of you.
Best of luck. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings
