Noah needs a lift to Leeds General Hospital - can you help one day a week?
Noah needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.
🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom1,450 views
Noah has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Leeds General Hospital alone. After an eyesight problem, Noah can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 20 km each way.
Noah is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hang in there. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Leeds.
Best of luck. Hope the doctors have good news. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings
thinking of you and your family. Hope the doctors have good news. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Barcelona
