After the miscarriage, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Ibadan Counselling Collective cost $15 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $250 goes: • 12 therapy sessions: $170 • Psychiatric assessment: $45 • Workbook and resources: $35 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Nnamdi

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Nnamdi.

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 12 therapy sessions comes first ($170) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. I'll keep the page updated.
