I'm six months into recovery from gambling addiction. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week. I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like. I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later. Glad we found this place.

  • Sending love. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you

    • sending good thoughts. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Marseille donated after I showed her your page

      • hope it all works out. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. My husband and I read this together. Take care.

        • So sorry you're going through this, Nina. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side.

          • Take care. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Moscow.
