Need strong backs and a van: moving Sandesh to safer housing
Sandesh has found a safe new apartment in Mumbai and needs help moving heavy furniture on Saturday.

After mold in the old building became a health issue for my child, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Mumbai, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
