Need strong backs and a van: moving Mia to safer housing
Moving day on Wednesday: we need 3-4 helpers and ideally a van.

After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Tallahassee, and the lease starts on Wednesday. I have a teenager and a toddler, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
