Need strong backs and a van: moving Maryna to safer housing
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Dnipro.
🇺🇦 Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine726 views
After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Dnipro, and the lease starts on Monday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for four volunteers for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Thinking of you, Maryna. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together!
Praying for you, Maryna. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Sent it to 16 people at work
