Need strong backs and a van: moving María to safer housing
María has found a safe new apartment in Buenos Aires and needs help moving heavy furniture on Sunday.

After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Buenos Aires, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for a few strong people for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace, María. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
rooting for you, María. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Comilla.
