Need strong backs and a van: moving Lourdes to safer housing

After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Alcalá de Henares, and the lease starts on Thursday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers. I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel. The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me. I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
