Need strong backs and a van: moving Kylie to safer housing
Moving day on Saturday: we need four volunteers and ideally a van.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in San Diego, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for four volunteers for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected!
