Need strong backs and a van: moving Kipchoge to safer housing

A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Machakos.

Machakos
After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Machakos, and the lease starts on Wednesday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers. I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel. The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me. I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer. I hope life is good to you.

Good luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
