Need strong backs and a van: moving Jaxon to safer housing

After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Corpus Christi, and the lease starts on Sunday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers. I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel. The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me. I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer. Thanks for being kind about this.
