San Miguel de Tucumán
After a break-in at the old place, I found a safe, affordable apartment in San Miguel de Tucumán, and the lease starts on Monday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers. I'm hoping for a few strong people for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel. The old place is on the second floor and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me. I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer. Thank you so much.

    • It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Nairobi so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Gatineau.

      • thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. My neighbor in Bhaktapur donated after I showed her your page. God bless

        • Sending strength, Gustavo. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Please keep us posted. Thinking of San Miguel de Tucumán.
