Need strong backs and a van: moving Emilia to safer housing
Moving day on Tuesday: we need anyone with a van and ideally a van.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Hamburg, and the lease starts on Tuesday. I have a teenager and a toddler, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
