Need strong backs and a van: moving Ellie to safer housing

Moving day on Saturday: we need a few strong people and ideally a van.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Los Angeles, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers. I'm hoping for a few strong people for about five hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel. The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has just one flight of stairs. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me. I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
