Need strong backs and a van: moving Anton to safer housing
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Düsseldorf.

After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Düsseldorf, and the lease starts on Thursday. I have my elderly father, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the third floor with no elevator and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Thanks for being kind about this.
