Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Washington
Oliver is dealing with an order to leave for 'renovations' and needs someone who knows the law in Washington to explain the options.

My landlord in Tacoma has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Washington could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Washington would also be appreciated.
Thank you so much.

Take care, Oliver. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Hồ Chí Minh City this morning. God bless.
You're not alone, Oliver. I hope things turn around soon. I hope November is when things finally get easier
Good luck, Oliver. Looking forward to the next update. Greetings from Hialeah.
Stay strong, Oliver. Hope this works out for you
You're not alone. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Tacoma
