Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Valencian Community
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Josefa understand their rights.

My landlord in Alicante has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Valencian Community could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Valencian Community would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Rooting for you, Josefa. Hope you get there. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Alicante
Keep going. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
