Need a housing expert's view on a rent increase in Rio Grande do Sul
Júlia is dealing with repeated entry without notice and needs someone who knows the law in Rio Grande do Sul to explain the options.

My landlord in Caxias do Sul has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Rio Grande do Sul could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Rio Grande do Sul would also be appreciated.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

good luck. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours!
Sending strength. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Caxias do Sul!
wishing you peace, Júlia. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings!
Thinking of you. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Wiesbaden.
Wishing you peace, Júlia. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Caxias do Sul.
